Cooperationwith scientific institutions
The Center for Vocational and Adult Education
in Poznań
In 2017, we signed a patronage agreement with the Center for Vocational and Adult Education in Poznań.
The purpose of the agreement is to provide
patronage to students who aim to become mechatronics technicians.
As a patron, we support the school in education
as well as the preparation of apprenticeship programmes and selected practical vocational training modules.
The joint education of graduates ensures future staff with high technological and technical qualifications.

Industrial Institute of Agricultural Engineering
in Poznań
In 2015, Industrial Institute of Agricultural Engineering in Poznań undertook a scientific
and technical analysis of the innovativeness of hydraulic cylinders manufactured by our company.
The subsequently released opinion stated the innovative character of a compact double acting
long-stroke hydraulic cylinder with inventive product solutions on the Polish and the global market
of specialised components
for the automotive and machine industry, as well as for the aviation and rail sector.
Innovative solutions used by Bartex
in the production of the compact double acting
long-stroke hydraulic cylinder have also been undisputedly confirmed by the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, which granted the patent on the invention: Compact double acting long-stroke hydraulic cylinder.

The production of the compact double acting
long-stroke hydraulic cylinder was preceded by months of research and testing carried out by scientific institutions.
We were supported in industrial research and development works by Poznań University of Technology, the Department of Fundamentals of Machine Design in Poznań and the Team of Experts from the Chief Technical Organization in Warsaw.

In order to ensure the highest quality of our products, in 2022 we implemented the requirements of the ISO 3834 standard for welding metal materials, organizing and managing welding processes.

Mayor Jan Broda established the Bene Meritus award in 2004 in order to honor and appreciate people who were particularly distinguished
for the Commune of Komorniki.
